ReplyDeleteThe reason it won't play in itunes is the ID3 tags are corrupt, there's a piece of free software for windows MP3 Validator

However it doesn't like Japanese characters, so if your tracks or filepath have foreign characters, you'll have to re-name them all (hassle I know).

DeleteAh and it's doesn't like foreign characters but you only need to install the right characters on windows and it will be okay.

Well, I'm really sorry but I can't play this album:(
ReplyDeleteI downloaded the MP3 Validator but I don't know what to do...
If you know how to repair these tracks, please help me!
1. Open the application: mp3val-frontend (icon looks like a magnifying glass on top of a red squiggle)
Delete2. You can either drag and drop the files from your folder into the lined panel, or click the blue page button with a plus on it in the top left corner under file, if you roll over it it should say 'Add file(s) to validate'. You can add all the mp3 files at once.
3. Click the 5th button from the left under the menu bar, looks like a magnifying glass, should say 'Scan entire list for errors' if you hover over it.
4. If it doesn't like it, it doesn't like the foreign characters (I dropped the file onto my desktop and changed all the filenames to numbers and it worked. Remember to press the red dot next to the question mark to abort and then press the X to remove all the files before following again from step 2).
5. After it's done scanning, it will tell you something is wrong with the files in the 'State' column. Click on the cog next to the magnifying glass, hovering over it should say 'Repair all files with problems'. That should fix it.

Good luck to anyone trying to find a different copy o3o I just thought it would be better to upload a solution to people who want to listen to it now (you don't have to install MP3 Validator if that's what's bothering some people, and it's a pretty small file)

i hope someone can find/upload a normal working link to think. I dont want to download anything to 'repair' or do whatever with this. :/
ReplyDeleteI found several links, but those are either on otomedream, or some blogs in chinese where you need a password for the file, which you only get when you are friends with the person who runs the blog D:
