I cannot download from Solidfiles!

I got many comments or emails about this. I'm not really sure what is the problem.

Someone was explain to me why she cannot download.
If you got the same problem, maybe it can help you. 

If your problem is different, leave it on comment (include browser version you used), I will try to resolve it.

Note: I didn't use solidfiles downloader 

Problem I:

Click "Direct Download" link but it directed to empty site.

Someting like this:

That's the download link, but somehow browser didn't download it.

Copy the link, then paste it on IDM (see more about IDM here).

1. Copy the url

2. Click on "Add URL"

3. It will automatically paste to the address bar. Click "Ok"

Problem II:

The download is start in browser but then it failed (Unknown Network Error)

Put your download link manually into IDM (see this part "What if I already set it, but IDM still won't capture my download?")
