      The file is mp4 type. You can play it either with Media Player Classic or Windows Media Player. If it didn't work, maybe you can try to rename it first and try playing the file.

      I've tried it, and it work well to me. My suggestion for you is to try to download it once again. It's possible that when you download the first time, it didn't finished.

    I convert it using Youtube Downloader in the convert section and it works well for me. You just have to download the software
